The underwater city of Lyonesse is situated off the eastern coat, and, unsurprisingly, is particularly difficult for non-aquatic races to visit.
History
Lilith assigned rulership of the city of Lyonesse, and by extension, the Endless Sea, to Lirecea, the octopus-girl Elder Lilin.
